Same-Day or Next-Day Appointments
If you need medical advice or treatment for an issue that cannot wait a few days but is not life-threatening, we offer a limited number of same-day or next-day appointments.
In case of emergency - such as chest pain, severe difficulty breathing, or signs of a stroke - please call 999 or visit your nearest A&E. GP surgeries are not equipped to manage medical emergencies.
Ways to book
- Telephone: 020 3808 9807
- Request an urgent appointment online (urgent requests are reviewed the same day)
If a clinician determines that you need an in-person appointment, or if you would prefer one, you will be invited to attend the surgery.
Book a routine appointment
Request your appointment online through our online system.
How to book
Sickness Certificates (Fit Notes)
You must give your employer a doctor's 'fit note' (sometimes called a 'sick note') if you've been ill for more than 7 days in a row and have taken sick leave. This includes non-working days, such as weekends and bank holidays.
Travel Vaccinations
Information and advice for travelling abroad.
Home Visits
Home visits are available only for patients who are housebound or too unwell to attend the surgery.
We encourage patients to attend the practice where possible, as it allows us to provide comprehensive care using our full range of medical equipment. However, we understand this is not always feasible.
To request a home visit:
- Request a home visit online as early in the day as possible
- If you're unable to complete the form yourself, call us at 020 3808 9807 and a member of our team will be happy to assist you in completing it
- In some cases, visits may be conducted by a community nurse or health visitor, depending on your needs.
Change or Cancel an Appointment
Please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer your appointment to someone else.
Read our Late Arrival Patient Policy for details
To cancel your appointment:
- Use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- Cancel using the GP online system
- Phone us on 020 3808 9807
- Reply CANCEL to your appointment reminder text message

A mental health emergency should be taken as seriously as a medical emergency.

- You have an urgent medical issue requiring on the day attention
Non-urgent
Use NHS 111 if:
- You need help now, but it’s not an emergency
